Pumpkin Spice Quick Bread Mix

  • 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature, slightly beaten
  • ¼ cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)

Grease or spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350℉. Pour contents of mix packet into mixing bowl and add melted butter, water, eggs and nuts, if desired. Mix thoroughly. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 50 - 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the loaf comes out clean. Remove pan and allow to cool 10 minutes on a cooling rack. Remove loaf from pan and allow to cool completely before slicing.
