Our delicious crackers are made with sprouted purple corn which has been ground to form flour. Originally grown in Peru, purple corn is a variety named for its intense colour. Sea salt combines with black pepper to make a vibrant, tasty cracker. Hand baked in an artisan Scottish bakery.
What is sprouted flour?
Sprouted flour is made from sprouted grains. The seed of the grain contains the nutrients needed to turn the seed into a plant. When the seed sprouts, it releases these nutrients, making them easier for the body to digest and absorb. It also produces a delicious cracker, to be enjoyed with your favourite cheese or topping. Isn't nature genius!
